Refund policy

• Before delivery: full refund any time, for any reason.
• After delivery: full refund within 14 days if the inventory isn't useful to you.
• Late: if we don't deliver within 48 hours of a usable video, you can ask for a full refund and still keep the inventory when it arrives.

Email hello@walktally.com from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
